One to One – Terms and Conditions

By making a booking with Gavin Hoey Photography, you agree to the following one to one session terms and conditions

• You agree that a deposit is made at the time of booking.
• The balance will be paid on the day of the session.
• If you cancel your booking(s) – you understand that any deposits will not be refunded.
• You understand that attending a one to one session is done so entirely at your own personal risk and you take full responsibility for your actions. This includes when travelling to or from the workshop (including travel from outside the UK),
• You have read and understood our advice on insurance, trip cancellation insurance and bookings for Under 16’s (details below)
• You acknowledge that any information that you provide whilst booking will be held by Gavin Hoey Photography.
• You are happy for Gavin Hoey Photography to use your images (with your permission and credited to you) taken during the one to one session for promotional and social media use only.
• You are happy for Gavin Hoey Photography to use any “behind the scenes” images taken of you during the one to one session for promotional and social media use only and that you will inform a member of Gavin Hoey Photography team if this is not acceptable
• You are responsible for negotiating fees, obtaining permissions and model releases if you intend to use photos taken on a one to one session for any commercial use.

Cancellations:
If Gavin Hoey Photography is forced to cancel or amend a one to one session we will offer you the choice of accepting the alteration, or withdrawing with a refund of all monies paid to Gavin Hoey Photography. To be clear, Gavin Hoey Photography will not refund the costs of flights or other travel, accommodation and associated costs in the event of a one to one session cancellation or alteration.

Insurance:
Gavin Hoey Photography will not be responsible for any damage or loss to your photographic equipment or belongings whilst taking part in one of our one to one sessions. We strongly urge you to have appropriate insurance in place to cover any loss, expenses and damages arising from the one to one session. This includes, but is not limited to, the cancellation of the one to one session (whether in whole or in part), personal accident and injury, medical costs, loss of baggage, loss of personal money or belongings and flight cancellations and delays.

Bookings for Under 16’s:
Under 16’s are welcome at attend a one to one session but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
