My 2018 talks at The Photography Show
There’s just one week to go until The Photography Show 2018 opens its doors at the N.E.C. in Birmingham, UK. Running from the 17th – 20th March, it’s the UK’s biggest and busiest photography show around 30,000 amateur and professional photographers attending and I’ll be there for all four days.
It’s a great mix of booths from photographic businesses big and small but this isn’t just another trade show, there’s also loads of things to see and do. There’s a constant stream of free demos and talks on various live stages and that’s on top of all the smaller demos on many of the booths dotted around the show.
I’ll be there giving various talks and demos on portrait lighting and photography, so if you’re coming along it would be great to meet you.

All my demos are free and available on a first come first served basis.
Show tickets are free for professional photographers and the trade (if booked in advance) and £13.95 for enthusiasts (£18.00 on the door)

Are there any chance that your courses will be recorded for us that isn’t coming to the show.
I’m in Denmark and don’t have the possiblity to travel at the moment, so would be really nice to be able to watch them on i.e youtube.

There’s no plans to record my demos but don’t worry, you’ll see the best techniques filter back into my usual videos over the next few months 😉

I just wanted to say what a huge inspiration your work has been for me. Having only rediscovered digital photography less than a year ago (after a rather lengthy hiatus), your video tutorials have been tremendously helpful in making me a better photographer, many thanks indeed!
I have booked my ticket for The Photography Show (Monday) and I’m very much looking forward to seeing all your lectures that day (and maybe meeting you in person)….might not make the earlier one however….travelling from Norfolk will take over three hours, but fingers crossed!
