Will the videos play on the DVD player connected to my TV?
No, these DVD’s are for computer use only.

Can I watch these videos on a Mac.
Yes there is a folder on the DVD called "Mac Videos" which has ALL the video tutorials in Quicktime format. NOTE: Proshow Gold DVD's are PC only.

The DVD doesn’t start automatically on my computer.
Windows users try this. Double click My Computer and then double click your DVD drive. If that fails right click the DVD drive and choose Explore. Double click on the purple circle to run the software. Mac users will always need to run the videos directly from the DVD.

Where is the Goodies folder?
It’s on the DVD. Double click My Computer and then double right click the DVD drive and choose Explore.

Can I copy the DVD?
You may make a copy of the DVD as a personal backup, but that’s it. Please do not copy this DVD for a friend, upload any of the content to the internet or resell this DVD in anyway.

Will the DVD install anything on my computer?
The DVD contains everything it needs on the disc. Nothing is copied or installed on your computer.

The videos freeze or don’t run smoothly
These are high resolution videos and should look and sound great. Playback problems can occur if your computer is unable to get the data from the DVD to your screen fast enough. If this happens regularly copy the DVD to your hard drive (requires 2 – 4gb of free space). Here’s how.

Go to My Computer and right click your DVD drive
Click Copy
Return to your desktop and click Paste
